Individual Coaching

Range £100 - £250 per month*  (5 months minimum)

My coaching package includes:

  • A free no-obligation intake session of 1.5 hours where we deeply explore your goals for the coaching and how we can work together.
  • Journaling and sharing of insights to empower your development.
  • Character strengths assessment and debrief - harnessing self-awareness to become your own best guide to achievement.
  • 2 Initial bi-weekly coaching sessions to energise our partnership then moving to monthly to maintain progress (sessions are up to 1 hour in length).
  • On-going communication by email and text to help you stay on track (as often as you need this).
  • A final completion session to reflect on the progress made, what you have learned and how you can continue to progress beyond the coaching.

Team of 2 Coaching

We will tailor the plan, package and price after an initial free consultation to explore how this can work for your unique situation.  Some key elements include:

  • Each of you will have a number of individual coaching sessions including goal setting.
  • We will also have joint coaching sessions including joint goal setting.
  • You will each have a character strengths assessment and debrief.
  • We will have a completion session at the end of our work together.

Action Learning

My day rates for Action Learning and training delivery are £800 per day*

I can tailor packages of Action Learning to suit your situation.  This includes:

  • Initial taster session (no-obligation).  I will come to your organisation and run this to allow you to experience this powerful technique.
  • If you decide to commit then I will run sessions every 4-6 weeks with a group of the same 6-8 people.  These can be face to face or virtual.
  • The process will be bookended with creating a group agreement and a completion session.
